How will I receive my photos?
You will get a private online gallery sent to the email you provided with all the high-resolution edited images from your session.
How soon should I book my session?
I book a limited amount of sessions every month since my husband and two littles are my first priority. I recommend booking 1 month - 2 months prior, especially during busier seasons (Spring & Fall).
What is your cancelation policy?
*The client must communicate with the photographer at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. A cancellation fee of 50% of the package is due upon cancellation if the client cancels after the 24-hour timeframe has passed. Any deposit made is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be used as a Credit at the photographer's discretion. Credit may be used towards future sessions if the client reschedules the appointment during the 14-day grace period after the original session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
*If the Photographer is unable to perform the session due to bad weather, injury, illness, family emergency, casualty, or other cause beyond the control of the photographer, the photographer will give the client the option to reschedule the session to an agreeable date and time or Credit that may be used towards a future session.
*In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the photographer is limited to return 50% of the deposit received for the session. The photographer is not liable for the loss of images after the final delivery of all products included in the package.
What should I wear?
Always wear something you are comfortable in, for sure! My go-to recs are neutral colors, warm tones, beiges, whites, and tans.
